FOUNDER, Lead Operations
Carl is has been a coach at heart for over 15 years. His personal life and exposure have led him to believe in the necessity of connecting people together.
Carl is a computer engineer, a data scientist, and a business thinker experienced in creating tech products. He is currently doing his MBA at Stanford.
ADRIANA
FOUNDER, Research & Innovation
Adriana is a neuroscientist. She is currently finalizing her Ph.D. at Imperial College London in cognitive, computational, and clinical neuroscience. Adriana has personal and professional experience in the field of pediatrics neuroscience. She's been studying brain differences and the associated behavioral and cognitive traits for years.
Lauren
Curriculum Development
Lauren is a Health Psychologist, studying her PhD at the University of Surrey. Lauren worked as an Intervention Specialist and Learning Support Assistant with children, and has also volunteered at local supporting charities. Lauren enjoys making a positive impact, and help each individual grow, gain skills, and work towards independence.
Serena
Coaching Expert
Serena is a Life Coach, studying for her MSc in Applied Coaching Psychology and Positive Psychology at the University of East London. She has volunteered as a Peer Coach at University and in Sri Lanka with children and young adults with different skills and abilities and participated in children's development and community outreach.
Esther
ADVISOR
Esther holds an MSc in Behaviour Analysis and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). Esther has been working in the field of autism education for over 20 years.
Esther has extensive experience in providing consultancy for children and young people with autism across different settings. She is Director at Achieve with Autism Consultancy LTD.
